*CATHEON-CHICKS Swap Vesting
- 50% of the $CATHEON tokens will vest over a 12-month period from the day of swap. The remaining 50% will be immediately available
- Any currently unvested $CHICKS tokens will be immediately swappable fully into $CATHEON tokens when they are vested
- We want to ensure that the price of the $CATHEON token is sustainable as we are not doing a private sale / public sale with vesting and hence all tokens would otherwise be unlocked Day 1
- While you can try to purchase on the DEX post-launch to avoid vesting, however, our general experience is that there are substantial price increases immediately upon the listing of a new token (for reference, $CHICKS increased ~20x immediately upon listing)
- Note that $CHICKS tokens that are not vested right now will not incur any additional vesting
